All ads are full color. Sizes are height × width as printed in the sponsor package. Every sponsorship level already includes a full-page ad.

Camera-ready JPEG, PDF, or MS Word — as listed in the sponsor package. High resolution (300 dpi) is strongly recommended for print quality.

Sizes

Full page 8″ H × 6″ W · Half page 4″ H × 6″ W · Quarter page 4″ H × 3″ W · Business card 3.5″ × 2″. All full color.

№ 03

Deadline

September 15, 2026. Artwork received after the deadline cannot be guaranteed a place in the print run.

How do I pay for an ad?

By check, payable to "ASAAL", with "Asaal 19th Annual Convention 2026" in the memo. Mail to P.O. Box 1698, Church Street Station, New York, NY 10008.

Do sponsors need a separate ad?

No — every sponsorship level (Grand through Public) already includes a full-page color ad in the commemorative journal.

Who reads the journal?

Every attendee of the 19th Annual Convention at DC 37 — labor leaders, activists, elected officials, and community members from all ASAAL chapters.
