The officers who run ASAAL nationally.
Beyond the Founder and the National President, nine executive officers carry the operational mandate — from secretariat and treasury to organizing, immigration, and political work.
Committees that govern, mentor, and grow the movement.
Four standing bodies extend the Executive Council's reach: fiduciary trustees, the Vice Presidents corps, the Women's Committee, and the Youth Committee.
Organizational hierarchy.
Click any level to see what sits beneath it. From the National office down through the Executive Council, the Committees, and our 22 chapters — to the 10,000+ members whose names are the movement.
National leadership is only half the story.
Every ASAAL chapter elects its own President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Across 22 chapters in 12 states, that's hundreds of local leaders organizing on the ground — where South Asian workers live, work, and vote.
